Participants can run the 5km route at their own pace, with no pressure to go fast or speak perfect Irish. The emphasis is on enjoying the experience, meeting new people and creating opportunities to use Irish in everyday life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The message behind Club Reatha na Gaillimhe is simple:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u201cTar linn, rith m\u00e1s mian leat, si\u00fail m\u00e1s fearr leat, labhair Gaeilge ar do leibh\u00e9al f\u00e9in.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Come along, run if you wish, walk if you prefer, and speak Irish at your own level!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Advance registration is essential.
