GRADAM 2023 GEARRLIOSTA ANNOUNCED

 Fifteen Galway businesses and organizations have reached the Gradam Sheosaimh Uí Ógartaigh Gearrliosta for 2023. The Gradam, Galway’s own bilingual business award is organised by Gaillimh le Gaeilge (the organisation that promotes the Irish language in Galway city) in partnership with the Galway Advertiser, TG4 and Galway Chamber.

With its 21st anniversary, the Gradam continues to celebrate and recognise all the bilingual work being accomplished by businesses and organisations in Ireland’s Bilingual City.

The Moltóirí convened on Monday morning for the first phase of the adjudication process. Gearóidín Hynes, Bainisteoir Tograí of Gaillimh le Gaeilge said that the Moltóirí  were delighted with the quality of this year’s Gradam nominees. The  participants selected for this year’s Gearrliosta demonstrated outstanding energy, optimism, and confidence in the Irish language.

Following is the Gradam Gearrliosta for 2023:  

Retail Experience category, sponsored by Galway Bay FM, the finalists are:
