Majella O’Meara, Irish Language Planner of Gaillimh le Gaeilge attended the ALIVE Volunteering Fair event at University of Galway.
She was there to recruit Irish-speaking students to assist in Irish-language youth services under Galway City’s Irish Language Plan. Majella is currently developing Irish language youth clubs and Irish language after-school clubs for Galway city. It was a lovely day with such a vibrant atmosphere! Go raibh míle maith agat ALIVE and Ollscoil na Gaillimhe for the warm welcome you gave us! It was so nice to meet with new friends from all over the country, as well as International students.
