Is é aidhm an Ghradaim ná aitheantas a thabhairt do chomhlachtaí agus d’eagraíochtaí i gCathair na Gaillimhe a thaispeánann an Ghaeilge in úsáid ar bhealach dáiríre, cruthaitheach agus feiceálach ina ngnó/n-eagraíocht agus a léiríonn an tionchar atá aige seo ar an bhfoireann agus ar íomhá dhátheangach na Cathrach.
